These draft terms apply when someone submits a new place, information update, comment, rating or photo.

1. Accurate and genuine information
You must provide information that is accurate and genuine to the best of your knowledge. Observations must relate to a real visit and must not be fabricated, misleading, copied from another person or submitted only for promotion.
2. Evidence and photo rights
You must have the right to upload every photo and must avoid showing private personal data, confidential material or identifiable people without an appropriate basis. Photos should be relevant to the place or visit being described.
3. Review and final decision
All submissions are reviewed before publication. WorkNest HK may correct formatting, standardise a place name, request more information, merge duplicate places, reject a submission, delay publication, remove published material or take no action. WorkNest HK retains final editorial and moderation discretion.
4. Prohibited content
Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, privacy-invasive, irrelevant or purely promotional content. Do not include passwords, identity numbers, payment details or another person’s private contact information.
5. Licence to operate the platform
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give WorkNest HK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, resize, format and moderate the content for operating and promoting the platform. This licence does not allow WorkNest HK to sell ownership of your content.
6. Email and personal data
Your email address is used for submission receipts, review outcomes and necessary follow-up. It is not displayed publicly. Before launch, WorkNest HK will publish a separate Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement explaining purposes, retention, security, access and correction arrangements.
7. No guarantee of venue information
Opening hours, prices, facilities and policies may change. WorkNest HK does not guarantee that community information remains current. Users should confirm important details directly with the venue.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be dated and published. Contributors may contact WorkNest HK to report errors, request correction of personal data or raise a moderation concern.
